Relson Gracie Academy is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training center in Denver, Colorado with locations in Littleton, Denver, Highlands, Englewood and Brighton Colorado. Relson Gracie offers classes in self defense, women’s self defense, Brazilian jiu jitsu, anti-bullying and other self defense training and self defense instruction. The highly qualified instructors are not here to teach or perpetuate violence. They are here to teach people how to defend themselves and protect themselves. This self defense academy offers a safe and fun learning environment for all ages and includes daily classes for all ages. With an eye towards community and family Relson Gracie takes care of each member of its own community.
